This page explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and who we share it with.
What We Collect
When you place an order, or start to place one, we collect:
- Your full name
- Your shipping and billing address
- Your email address and phone number
We collect this because we cannot produce, address and ship an order without it.
Payment
Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not see, handle or store your card details at any point — PayPal handles that on its own systems under its own privacy policy.
Who We Share Data With
Your name, address and contact details are passed to UPS so that your order can be delivered, and to PayPal so that your payment can be processed. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember what is in your basket, and understand how the site is used. Most browsers accept cookies by default; you can set yours to reject or delete them at any time through your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are read, which products are viewed, where visitors come from. This is aggregate information about behaviour on the site, not a profile of you personally. You can read how Google handles data at policies.google.com/privacy.
Customer Accounts
Creating an account is optional — you can check out without one. If you do create an account, it stores your order history and saved addresses so that future orders are quicker.
Marketing Emails
We only send marketing emails to people who have signed up for our newsletter. If you have not signed up, you will not receive them. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
Your Rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action the request.
