The tanto tip trades a fine point for strength. Where a drop point would flex or snap, the reinforced tanto geometry keeps working.

German 1.4116 trades ultimate hardness for toughness. It resists chipping and comes back to sharp quickly, which is exactly what a working outdoor knife needs.

Every blank starts as certified Voestalpine stock. We profile and hand grind it in our own workshop, then send it back to Voestalpine for professional heat treatment.

Knife making supplies are all we do. Outdoor, EDC, hunting and kitchen blade blanks, ground in house and heat treated at the mill. Arrives ground and sharpened. Ask for it unsharpened if you prefer to set your own edge.
