N690 Puukko Knife Blank - N47

A puukko carries a straight edge and a hidden tang. That combination makes it light in the hand and easy to control for detail work in the field.

This is Böhler's cobalt-alloyed stainless. In outdoor use it holds an edge through hard work and does not pit when the knife lives in a damp sheath.

Certified Voestalpine steel, hand ground in our workshop, professionally heat treated by Voestalpine before it ships. That is the whole process.

Handle stock, pins and epoxy finish this one. The grinding and hardening — the two steps most makers cannot do at home — are already done.

Knife making supplies are all we do. Outdoor, EDC, hunting and kitchen blade blanks, ground in house and heat treated at the mill. Sent sharpened as standard. Add a note at checkout if you want it left unsharpened.
