This chopping profile is built for the jobs that would flex a thin blade. Weight sits forward, so the knife falls through the cut rather than being pushed.

Uddeholm Rigor is a medium-alloyed tool steel built to resist both abrasive wear and impact. That combination is exactly what a chopping blade needs.

Our process is deliberately simple: certified Voestalpine steel, hand grinding in our workshop, then professional heat treatment back at Voestalpine. That is why the hardness figures below are reliable.
