Sleipner EDC Knife Blank - S42

An EDC blade earns its keep by being in your pocket every day. Short enough to carry without thinking about it, stout enough to handle the jobs that come up.

Uddeholm Sleipner is a cold-work tool steel with high chromium content, so it resists staining better than ordinary carbon steel while hardening to 60-62 HRC.

The steel comes straight from Voestalpine. Profiling and grinding happen on our benches; hardening and tempering go back to the mill.
