Custom Kitchen Knife - 4-Piece Set, Blue-Black HPL Handle

A working knife with a handle that will not swell, crack or stain. HPL scales and a hardened stainless blade make this a knife for daily service. Blade lengths run from 135 mm to 180 mm across the four knives.

The blade starts as certified Voestalpine steel, is hand ground in our workshop, then goes back to Voestalpine for professional heat treatment before we build the knife.
