Custom Kitchen Knife - 4-Piece Set, Red-Black HPL Handle

A working knife with a handle that will not swell, crack or stain. HPL scales and a hardened stainless blade make this a knife for daily service. Blade lengths run from 135 mm to 180 mm across the four knives.

Steel direct from Voestalpine, ground by hand on our belt grinders, heat treated professionally at the mill, then assembled and finished by our team.
