Custom Kitchen Knife - Boning, Brown-Black HPL Handle

A working knife with a handle that will not swell, crack or stain. HPL scales and a hardened stainless blade make this a knife for daily service. The blade measures 150 mm, 285 mm overall.

We grind the blade ourselves from Voestalpine stock and send it back to the mill for heat treatment. Only then does it get a handle.
