Custom Kitchen Knife - Boning, Yellow-Black HPL Handle

Built for real kitchen work rather than display. HPL handles resist water, heat and staining, so these knives survive a professional environment. The blade measures 150 mm, 285 mm overall.

We grind the blade ourselves from Voestalpine stock and send it back to the mill for heat treatment. Only then does it get a handle.
