Custom Kitchen Knife - Skinning, Blue-Black HPL Handle

A working knife with a handle that will not swell, crack or stain. HPL scales and a hardened stainless blade make this a knife for daily service. The blade measures 135 mm, 270 mm overall.

The blade starts as certified Voestalpine steel, is hand ground in our workshop, then goes back to Voestalpine for professional heat treatment before we build the knife.
