Custom Kitchen Knife - Skinning, Red-Black HPL Handle

Built for real kitchen work rather than display. HPL handles resist water, heat and staining, so these knives survive a professional environment. The blade measures 135 mm, 270 mm overall.

The blade starts as certified Voestalpine steel, is hand ground in our workshop, then goes back to Voestalpine for professional heat treatment before we build the knife.
