Custom Paring Knife - Brown-Black HPL Handle

Small, sharp and honest. This paring knife handles peeling, coring and every close-in job a chef knife is too big for. The blade measures 85 mm, 195 mm overall.

The blade starts as certified Voestalpine steel, is hand ground in our workshop, then goes back to Voestalpine for professional heat treatment before we build the knife.
