Custom Paring Knife - Red-Black HPL Handle

A paring knife earns its place by being the one you reach for without thinking. Compact, precise, and finished with a grippy HPL handle that shrugs off water and heat. The blade measures 85 mm, 195 mm overall.

The blade starts as certified Voestalpine steel, is hand ground in our workshop, then goes back to Voestalpine for professional heat treatment before we build the knife.
