D2 Puukko Knife Blank - DI32

The puukko is Finland's contribution to knife design and still one of the most practical patterns ever drawn. Short, stiff, and shaped for carving.

Böhler K110 (D2) is the classic semi-stainless tool steel. High carbide volume gives excellent wear resistance; it needs a little more care than a true stainless.

The steel comes straight from Voestalpine. Profiling and grinding happen on our benches; hardening and tempering go back to the mill.

Everything after this is assembly. Pick your scales, match the pin holes, and you have a finished knife without touching a heat treat oven.
