Elmax All Purpose Kitchen Knife Blank - ELXAPM

A medium all purpose kitchen knife blank in Uddeholm Elmax powder stainless, full flat ground and hardened to 60-61 HRC: 160 mm blade, 290 mm overall, 2.5 mm thick, sent sharpened.

Hand ground on the belt grinder in our Istanbul workshop, then professionally heat treated at Voestalpine. Elmax holds an edge for a long time and shrugs off kitchen corrosion.

Pin holes are 6 mm. Unsharpened on request.
