Elmax Double Edge Knife Blank - ELDE1

A double edge blade is ground on both sides — a dagger profile, symmetrical, with two working edges meeting at the point. It is a distinctive build and an uncommon one, which is half the appeal.

Elmax is powder metallurgy steel — a finer, more even grain than conventional stainless. On a double edge that means both bevels hold up equally under hard use, and the extra 0.5 mm (0.02 in) of stock adds spine.
