Field dressing rewards a blade that tracks under hide rather than through it. This profile keeps enough belly for long, controlled strokes.

Elmax is premium territory. Uniform fine microstructure means it goes far between sharpenings and resists corrosion at the same time.

Every blank starts as certified Voestalpine stock. We profile and hand grind it in our own workshop, then send it back to Voestalpine for professional heat treatment.
