Handmade Japanese Petty Kiritsuke Knife - Padauk Wood Handle

A small knife with a serious tip. The kiritsuke point makes fine work easy, and the hardwood handle gives it presence beyond its size. The blade measures 125 mm.

We grind the blade ourselves from Voestalpine stock and send it back to the mill for heat treatment. Only then does it get a handle.
