Handmade Japanese Petty Kiritsuke Knife - Wenge Wood Handle

A small knife with a serious tip. The kiritsuke point makes fine work easy, and the hardwood handle gives it presence beyond its size.

The blade starts as certified Voestalpine steel, is hand ground in our workshop, then goes back to Voestalpine for professional heat treatment before we build the knife.
