B-grade chef model #03: a full tang kiritsuke chef knife blank in Böhler N690 stainless with the angled k-tip, full flat ground and hardened to 58-59 HRC: 205 mm blade, 325 mm overall, 4 and 6 mm pin holes.

Cosmetic surface scratches, performance unaffected. Condition new, never used. The scratches clean up with your own finishing.

Hand ground on the belt grinder in our Istanbul workshop, then professionally heat treated at Voestalpine. Sent sharpened, unsharpened on request.
