The bowie is the classic big American pattern. A long clip point gives reach and a fine tip, while the belly handles the heavy work. Full tang construction.

N690 balances edge life against corrosion resistance better than almost anything in its price band. It sharpens back easily and shrugs off moisture.

We buy steel direct from Voestalpine, grind each blade by hand on the belt grinder, and return the blanks to Voestalpine for heat treatment done to spec.
