N690 Fruit Knife Making Kit 03, Blade, Handle and Screws

Everything for one knife in a single box: a N690 blade that is already ground, heat treated and sharpened, a CNC machined handle cut to fit it, and the handle screws that hold the two together.

Assembly takes an evening. Fit the handle with the handle screws, then clean up the small allowance the CNC leaves along the handle edges with a file or a belt grinder. The handle screws come in a standard length, so you may need to shorten them, and you may want to open up the counterbores so the screw heads sit flush.
