Sleipner Knife Blank - S25

A hardened, ground blade blank ready for handle work. The heat treatment is done and the geometry is set — everything after this is yours. A full tang knife blank, so the scales pin straight to the steel.

Sleipner is chosen where edge retention matters more than stainless behaviour. At 60-62 HRC it holds an edge through serious work and still sharpens sensibly.

We buy steel direct from Voestalpine, grind each blade by hand on the belt grinder, and return the blanks to Voestalpine for heat treatment done to spec.
